Welcome to Vintage Bus Malta. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We aim to offer a smooth and memorable experience for all our passengers, and we appreciate your cooperation.
1. Bookings & Payments
•All bookings must be made in advance through our website or directly via email.
•Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
•You will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please check the details and contact us if anything is incorrect.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• We offer free cancellation or the option to transfer your booking to another day (subject to availability) if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
•To request a refund or date change, please email us at [your email here].
•Refunds will be issued minus a 5% processing fee to cover administrative and transaction costs.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
3. Delays & Service Adjustments
•Please note that all pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
•Vintage Bus Malta reserves the right to adjust the route or timetable if necessary, always ensuring the best possible experience for passengers.
4. Safety & Conduct
•Passengers are kindly requested to remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
•Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behaviour may compromise the safety or enjoyment of others on board.
5. Weather Conditions
•Some elements of our tours (such as optional boat trips) may be weather-dependent and are subject to cancellation or change at short notice for your safety.
6. Photography & Filming
•By joining a tour, you agree that photos or videos taken during the journey may be used for promotional purposes unless you inform us otherwise in writing.
